2026 Rules and Regulations for Artisans

Our mission is to provide the residents of Hollis, both past and present, with a traditional Old Home Days celebration that is fun, safe and family-friendly. Our celebration brings together families, friends, neighbors, community groups and local businesses to honor, unite and support our community.

The following rules and regulations are applicable to all artisan exhibitors at Hollis Old Home Days.

Application Process: The Old Home Days committee expressly reserves the right to accept or reject an application based on timeliness of filing. 

The due date for completed applications is September 4, 2026.

The application must include: 

  1. Completed application form

  2. Payment in full

Space allocation for non-profit organizations directly serving the Town of Hollis is given priority over any other non-profit or for profit entity.

The Old Home Days committee shall retain the exclusive right to reject any and all exhibitor applications in an effort to maintain the quality of our traditional, family-friendly, celebration of community.

Exhibitors, including food exhibitors, shall sell only those items indicated on their application. In order to avoid duplication, please be specific when describing the items you intend to sell. Items not listed on the application may be prohibited at the event.

All booths must have a contact person, over the age of 21, at it at all times throughout the event.

Exhibitors are expected to be respectful and civil to other Exhibitors, the Old Home Days committee, and guest to the event.

SHOW HOURS ARE 10:30 AM TO 5:30 PM. Everyone must be set up by 10:30am and No one may break down before 5PM.

SET UP : Friday 2-7pm** or Saturday set up 8 – 10:30am (parking is available).

** some flexibility on Friday afternoon - Please let us know when you are coming!

PARKING: Limited parking is available during the OHD event in front of the barn with proper tags. Loading and unloading spots are also available.

SHOW RULES AND GENERAL RELEASE INFORMATION:

  • I/We the Applicant/s have read and agree to abide by all 2026 Artisan Market @ Hollis Old Home Days.

  • I/We understand that failure to abide by said rules may cause forfeit of future shows.

  • I/We agree to assume full responsibility for our conduct and for all property I/We bring on the premises.

  • I/We hold neither the Producers of the show or any agents thereof or the owners of the show site responsible for any damages to any person, matter or thing resulting either from storms, wind, water, or Acts of God, nor from fire, sale of property, strikes or lockouts or for any injury, loss or theft by any reason.

  • I /We understand that my Name and Business Name and photos may be used for promotional use.

  • ARTIST will provide all display materials and will adhere to Lawrence Barn Rules and Regulations

  • ARTIST will pay entry fee (paid to OHD) plus one item for donation to the Silent auction.

  • ARTIST will retain all profits for their sold goods (without commission fees)

  • A $50.00 Fee will be charged to any returned check.

  • All products must be handmade by artist listed on the application. (No third party sales)

  • Artists will provide all display items NO nails, pins or hooks may be used on barn walls.

  • Display must remain inside your booth space. No chairs, racks in aisle.

  • Trash must be removed from booth and surrounding area at the end of the show.

  • Breakdown must be complete by 7:15pm on Saturday night.

If for any reason you are unable to make it to the Show it is your responsibility to inform us a minimum of 10 days prior to the show date.


Hours of Scheduled Events:

Friday, September 18th, 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Saturday, September 19th, 10:00 am to 8:30 pm
