Exhibitor Applications
Are you a business, non-profit or community organization that would like to have a booth at this year’s Old Home Days? Choose from the options below, select the size of your booth and if you require electricity. When you click, Submit Application, you’ll be asked a few questions regarding your booth’s application.
The OHD Committee will review you application and notify you of its decision via email as soon as possible.

Notes for Exhibitors:
The Hollis Old Home Days Committee understands that many of our exhibitors are Youth Organizations and it is our policy to give preference to these groups in terms of items they wish to sell on a first come, first served basis, with the exception of groups who traditionally participate every year with a particular pre-approved item (i.e. the Scouts with sausages or the HB Senior Class with hamburgers and hotdogs) . We realize that for many of these youth programs this may be their only fundraising opportunity for the year, in addition to providing an opportunity for practical “real-world” experience in serving the public. Parents and Advisors are encouraged to allow these young people to organize and implement their fundraising activity as much as possible. The committee is happy to work with them. There is a lot of competition in the food items area. Games and non-food items can be unique and very popular. Creativity is encouraged! Please wait for confirmation that your idea has been approved before you begin preparation. There is frequently overlap and we have strict duplication rules to ensure everyone is as successful as possible.
Participation on Friday night (5 pm-9 pm) and/or Saturday night (5 pm to 8:30 pm) only is an option! Food and beverage vendors are especially encouraged to participate during the evening hours. There are ample hungry attendees and less competition during these hours!
Electricity availability on the field is fairly limited. Please consider whether your power needs might be met in an alternate ways, for example: batteries or battery banks to power lights or smaller electronic devices. Power dictates placement on the field, and we have more flexibility for favorable placement if you do not require power. A fast charge station will also be available for vendor use in the OHD tent.

Need to pay with a check?
Note the price during checkout and then enter CHECK into the Discount code. Then mail a your check to Hollis Town Hall, Attn: Old Home Days, 7 Monument Square, made payable Town of Hollis; Memo: Old Home Days Exhibitor or deliver the check in-person at Hollis Town Hall.
